Im always conscious with my health. Something that I notice as a mother of two kids. So, I wont use my consciousness anymore, I let my subconsiousness to do the work for my weight loss. Thanks for the info.

You have to blame here yourself. If you can’t control yourself for eating junk food than how can you loose weight.
I am one of many that wants to live healthy but have a hard time doing it. Seems like a good idea would love to hear more about it.
